berry greens smoothie
Get a big boost of antioxidants, protein and fibre before your busy day. Easy to take in the car with you too.
INGREDIENTS
200ml milk of choice
1 cup fresh or frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 cup (loosely packed) baby spinach
1 serve protein powder of choice
½ tbsp. natural peanut butter
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
