berry greens smoothie

Get a big boost of antioxidants, protein and fibre before your busy day. Easy to take in the car with you too.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml milk of choice

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

  • 1 cup (loosely packed) baby spinach

  • 1 serve protein powder of choice

  • ½ tbsp. natural peanut butter

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
