5 minute choc berry oats
Get your boost of antioxidants, healthy fats and fibre before you run out the door with this easy recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup quick oats (use quinoa flakes for gluten free option)
1 tablespoon cacao
1 teaspoon golden syrup
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
METHOD
Mix oats, cacao, golden syrup and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through. Remove.
Top with berries and peanut butter.
Optional - add your favourite protein powder.
